This year, the Industry Mixer is going virtual.
This means participants have more flexibility to meet companies and network with professionals who are in different locations. From machine learning to engineering, biotechnology, personalized medicines, food manufacturing, and more, you will be able to meet a variety of companies to broaden your horizon of career choices.

How does the virtual format work?
Each company will host their own virtual booth on a platform of their choice (e.g. Zoom, Webex, Google Meet, etc.), and each company will have a unique meeting link.
Once you register for the event, we will send you the access to the list of companies, company representatives who will be at the virtual booths, and the virtual booth links. Attendees are welcome to visit as many booths as they like throughout the event.
The opening remark, keynote , and door prizes announcement will be hosted on Zoom, the link of which will be sent to the registrants a few days before the event.

The University of Alberta Career Centre will host 15-min rapid resume reviews for attendees on a first-come, first-serve basis in their virtual booth. Bring your resume and get feedback from your career peer educators!
